Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Trackademi, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Trackademi only for lawful educational purposes. You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful content, or interfere with other users' experience.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and software on Trackademi are owned by or licensed to us. Teachers retain ownership of the educational content they create and upload. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform materials without prior written consent.
Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds
Paid plans are billed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) as recurring monthly subscriptions and are processed by our payment provider, Paymob. The price shown at checkout is the amount charged. A subscription renews automatically each billing period until you cancel it, and you can cancel at any time from Plans & Billing. Refund eligibility, what is not refundable, and how to request a refund are set out in full in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in activities that harm the platform or its users. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.
Limitation of Liability
Trackademi is provided on an "as is" basis. We do our best to ensure reliability and accuracy, but we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
